Recently , we have decided to make some corrections to your Terms & Conditions for Product Defects and Warranty.
For customers who make their purchase from 19/2/2013 (Tuesday) onward, they will be bounded to the updated T&C for Product Defects and Warranty.

Below are the Terms & Conditions for Product Defects and Warranty.
1) If the product is found defect or malfunction within 30 days of product receipt, customer could choose to return the product to Newegg Malaysia and we will provide a full refund or a 1 on 1 exchange to our customers. Customer has to bear the cost of returning the product to Newegg Malaysia.
2) The full refund and 1 on 1 exchange policy is only applicable ONCE. If the product has a defect or malfunction after making an exchange, customers would have to choose to make a warranty claim or obtain an 85% refund (15% Restocking Fee).
3) If the product encounters any problems within its warranty period, customers have to refer back to Newegg Malaysia and we will have the product send back to U.S. for the warranty claim. Reason being, the warranty is most likely to be provided by the U.S. manufacturer since the product is originally bought from U.S. In this case, customers will have to bear the cost of returning the product to the U.S. manufacturer while Newegg Malaysia will absorb the cost of delivering the product back to Malaysia.
